Little experiment tonight since it's just me. Fresh jalapeno peppers stuffed with a two-thirds/one third mixture of no-tomato Tabbouleh and parmigiana reggiano then roasted in an air frier for 10 minutes and polished of on Airfry for three.

My goal is to be MS (and Google!) free by the end of the decade. Practically there now. Only boot MS to play games now and do that infrequently. With SteamOS on the horizon, Windows can be a thing of the past. This is what will be said about Windows in 4000 years.

Now I have a new fantasy concerning U.S. traffic enforcement. Imagine how much road repair could be done with all that money and no one allowed to drive!

What to do when the local produce box gives you 🍆🍆 and it's just you for a week+? Make Baked 🍆 Ziti with sauteed onion, garlic, roasted red peppers, celery, fresh basil and Italian sausage. I know at least one person who might read this with "fond" memories of Baked Ziti. Mine is sooooo much better!

The social media comments on this image are excoriating for the most part. I almost feel bad for the fool. But what really makes me mad is that he won't even let people pet the dog (the collar says DO NOT PET.) I have more sympathy for the dog!
