I COULD be reading some light-hearted romance, but instead I'm reading some non-fiction and it's a phenomenal book about leadership and hospitality - focused on the service industry but with near-universal applications. I'm only about 100 pages in and I'm really enjoying it.

Went to the library to pick up 3 books I had on hold. Ended up with 2 more on a whim. This is on top of the 4 or so books I own in a TBR pile of their own.
