I will never again make myself smaller to suit someone else. I want my daughter to know she is enough as she is and the best way I can do that is by believing it of myself.

Yeah, I hate crowds. But I’ve been to two protests this week because you know what I hate more?
I hate that ICE kidnapped someone 500 feet from my house.
I hate that people in my neighborhood send their kids to school not knowing if they’ll be home that evening to greet them when they return.
