If you cannot call it what it is when all in a week: a government removes every mention of a group of people, destroys information about them en masse, bans their discussion in schools, restricts their ability to travel and starts seizing and refusing their official identification, when will you?

i can’t imagine experiencing the first week of this new regime and feeling excited about what it augurs. i’m not sure i want to share a planet with these people; i’m quite confident they don’t want to share one with me

i hate to be that girl but we're gonna need to really quickly move past complaining that everything is "unconstitutional" or whatever and start talking about what we are actually going to do to materially resist fascist attacks and defend marginalized communities. laws are fake. lives are real.

I’ll be real, we’re not all going to be okay the next 4 years. Especially the marginalized groups his administration is targeting. Being realistic doesn’t mean giving up, though. Finding joy is a radical act, love yourself and take care of the people around you. That’s what I’ll keep doing.
