Add WoC to this. Because when y'all say more women, you mean a particular type of woman. None of this is due to lack of talent or desire. Like Anthony said, introspection, but follow it with actions.
US Soccer needs to do some serious introspection about why there are so few North American women coaching in the NWSL and why their pathway is making those coaches less viable candidates than their European, and largely male, counterparts.

Okay, sorry. It's been a crappy day and week, but labor gets me going. Please remember that the league minimum not being 50k is FAR more offensive. And that raising the cap raises the floor. Even the 80k on 2030 is too low for a sport that breaks your body. They want to keep that minimum low. Nasty!

Okay, seriously last thing. We treat athletes in women's sports like they should be above chasing the money like their male counterparts. Players want to make millions. They leave to make millions. Being a woman doesn't change that desire. Pony up. Time's ticking.

Lastly, in THIS situation, Kang also backed herself into a corner. She has two other teams, but Trinity going to either runs counter to what Kang promised. EYE wouldn't have promised a thing. That is the perk of multi club ownership imo. I may not love it, but that's why you do it.
