I always vote Dem, but yeah I'm going to criticize them because I want them to win
Places like openAI are going to crash too - there are all of these other models that are being made open source. Free. Run them on your own computer even. The big companies are going to implode

The most annoying thing about this article is the author acting like Shapiro is some departure from the current Dem establishment. Like “let’s go a new direction and be moderate!”

Sigh

You are avoiding responsibility. You pushed for Dems to ignore 3/4 of the party. You cared more about defending a racist ethnostate committing genocide than beating Trump. That’s on you.

I find it more annoying when it’s someone I largely agree with and want to continue the conversation—either w them or others in the replies.

It is a good feature tho to allow posters the option.

Yeah this is insane and aren’t they doing poorly now? Selling fewer cars?

I didn’t read it. Just seemed too dumb. Like pretty much everything he writes - no logic even.

Now I’m curious if they seriously arrived at the answer yes.

Wow that’s insane. Particularly running against “recreational sex”

He’s a war criminal. Bush administration level and possibly worse in some ways.

They knew and violated US law.

Imagine Republicans going after them for violating the law as they cast about for crimes to charge Dems with and find nothing else. Just a fantasy of course, but Republicans are certainly hypocritical enough to pull something like that.

Yeah. I don’t see how we can move forward as a country and restore democracy without reforming the court in some way. Power has to be rebalanced so the people are represented. By the transitive property these justices are “elected,” but by a minority of the voters. Tyranny of the minority must end

Again I absolutely was not. I was one of the people who wanted to win.
November 7, 2025 at 4:03 PM
Not ignoring at all. I voted for Harris and Trump must be stopped. I want to actually win and personally I think winning is more important than supporting the Netanyahu’s genocide.

This is a poll of Democratic *voters,* specifically people who voted in the prior presidential election.

How is it pandering to represent 77% of your voters? And how is it a good idea to go against the overwhelming majority of your voters? How does that help you win?
November 7, 2025 at 4:00 PM
My argument is that ignoring the base of the Democratic Party, the overwhelming majority of its voters (77%!), is very very stupid strategy (that is if they want to win).

it was a genocide.

your argument is that condemning genocide made it worse?

Uncommitted was the primaries -- not the same thing at all. And Mamdami wasn't a public figure making endorsements.
