上周鬍男爸突然送急診，診斷後發現是血糖太高昏迷，之前都沒有發現是都當作感冒處理（雖然有去看醫生）
不問還好一問真的是會氣死，已經老大不小了爸媽都沒在做健檢，雖然不菸不酒但也沒有忌口不飲控，甚至喝含糖飲料。
相比之下我家長輩偶爾會吃一些聽來很白目的食物（例如甜糯米或是甜水果），但時間到了就會自發性的做體檢，雖然原因是保險給付不過也是好事，算是有對自己負責的大人。
此文推薦給今年還沒做健檢的人，或是沒有健檢習慣的人可以嘗試看看，沒有紅字都是幸運，有早期發現控制也是好事，千萬不要覺得會浪費時間浪費錢

一早跟同事開會一起做事剛看對話紀錄發現我們講了三個小時，很累但我們也很誠實的說要不是因為跟對方很合得來/很要好真的無法講那麼久，我就說我跟那個誰誰講不到十分鐘腦壓就很高，那個人就坐她斜對面她忍不住嗚著嘴巴偷笑還斜眼看那個同事😂😂 有可以一起說人壞話的同事真好😍

超過一年以來已經很常做同一種惡夢，總是一樣的情境和劇本，有時候可以成功逃出有時候無法，我也不是很想一直抱怨或是一直分享負面情緒，但目前到政治現況只讓我覺得夢境越來越寫實，除了好好幫家人準備避難包之外真的不知道還能做什麼，在實友帳號分享相關資訊還常常被莫名攻擊，心很累也很難受，只能想說 ok 如果這是我們這個世代要共同承擔的那就來吧，我沒有要放棄的意思，要這樣活到99歲我也可以（信心喊話一下不然太悲觀）
