Worst OCD episode I've had post-COVID yesterday. My parents met my future in-laws and insulted me the first 5 minutes. Relationship fights before that point. Job crisis three days ago. I completely retreated into my mind, had an anxiety attack almost twice and cried the whole day. 💔

Pulled my back during deadlifts because I didn't listen to my body 🫠 Have to abstain from all sorts of lifting for 10 days+then slowly re-introduce functional movements with no weights and/or bands. Second strain I get within a year of my powerlifting journey. Bummed but happy it wasn't sth worse.

Pretty hard to put down words these days since work has been too demanding and the current heatwave doesn't make it fun enough to sit and type. But I did complete 2 poems and 1 story so far in July, and I am trying to show up for my book. Hoping the rest of you are having a better writing month! 🦭
