when you're a birder in autumn, you spend a lot of time having your eye caught by falling leaves, bc some of them look a lot like a bird in flight, then being disappointed
but I've grown to kind of enjoy it? bc it means I spend far more time admiring the beauty of a leaf drifting in the air!

My favourite thing I learned for this episode is that DWJ had a mental image for Howl and it was Andre Agassi. 1980s Andre Agassi with the blond mullet and the tiny shorts. PLEASE look up photos you will not be disappointed.
