This is about as good as I get for flying Swallows. It was hawking across the top of the river catching insects, before the temperatures started to get above 30 degrees C for the day.

Sand dunes are found in many places on Mars. At most of these places the dunes are slowly moving, blown by the wind, just like on Earth. But at this location, they appear to have turned to stone.

What created the Cat's Eye Nebula's bizarre halo? This image highlights its intricate outer structure, spanning over 3 light-years. Likely formed by earlier, puzzling events in the dying star's life, this halo is far older (50-90k years) than the nebula itself (10k years).
