I'm finding the worst part re restarting weight training in my late 40s is wanting to push hard but trying to not injure myself. The answer isn't a PT, I got bursitis in my shoulder with the last guy.
I just have to be happy with lower weights & building slowly.
Thanks for coming to my pep talk.

I saw this article about a new Mac featured called "Edge Light" that literally puts a fake white ring light around your screen. It's kinda insane and genius. So I vibed it for Windows. github.com/shanselman/W... get it from Releases, unzip and run the single .NET 10 exe. Will autoupdate also.

Sitting in a Sydney cafe, thinking about one of my #MSIgnite talks, and I really want to build a new Power BI dashboard.
This may be the only time I'm sad that my flight across the Pacific Ocean doesn't have WiFi. But also I'll need to get some sleep.
Just as well I have a week or so.

Sometimes (often) business travel looks like working on PowerPoint decks and demos in hotel rooms.

But I'm grateful.

11/11 at 11am and the entire Brisbane Domestic Airport departures hall was standing and silent for Remembrance Day. What a moment to stop and remember those who served.

Lest we forget.
