I started reading Flesh by David Szalay last week, and I’m about halfway through. It just won the Booker Prize so I’ve seen what I think is the UK cover in a lot of articles about it, and I gotta say, I like the cover of the one I’m reading a lot better.

I watched Clearcut (1991) today, and I’m so glad that I did. It’s such a great expression of the type of anger that often makes people uncomfortable. The kind society has conditioned us to believe it’s wrong to express.

At no kings today, I saw a person dressed as Cookie Monster spot someone dressed as SpongeBob, and excitedly run over to them and they hugged. I also saw someone in an inflatable capybara costume with a little orange on the head.
