I didn’t know much about Catherine Connolly until the Care Ref, where she & Mick Barry were the only TDs to stand up for 299,000 carers & some 400,000 ppl with severe disabilities. That shows how much she is a voice for all ppl. She’s also the only advocate for LGBTQ ppl in the campaign. #SpéirGhorm

My daughter no longer wants her dolls’ house - a hand-me-down already from a neighbour. I put it on the street with a sign saying ‘Free’. A local friend messages me to say she’s taken it for her children and they love it. Something about this makes me happy. I love the feeling of handed-down things.
