When I was a child and I stayed overnight at my grandparents' house, I would sleep in my aunt's old bedroom which had a poster of this by the bed. I didn't know who the woman was, or that she was supposed to be dead. I thought we were both just cosy in our respective beds.

It's grimly funny that all of the build outs of new data centers for AI will be fucked without new power, and the Trumpists have killed or blocked 20GW or more of new solar and wind. And the lead time for new gas plant is *years*.

It happened again at IKEA. Usually I’m in all black but this time I was wearing a work jacket because I went straight there after work. Lady comes up to me to help locate something, then realizes I don’t work for IKEA.
