I love my new Kobo Libra Colour! It's so wonderfully wide!
The buttons are super useful for turning pages without tapping the screen, and it can detect how it is rotated and will adjust accordingly (this is upside down, and it handled it like a pro)

With that said, I now have a new Kobo Libra Colour from my old Kobo Clara Colour (the one with stickers is my new device). Maybe its worth seeing who distributes to Kobo and others and seeing if you can publish there?

Recently I got 277umol/L for my blood test results for my PKU!!

Just tried using the Mevalia rice and it's the one for me (an old photo of the rice with veggies).
For one I have freedom in cooking the rice (I cook it in water with vegetable stock cube mixed for added flavour). Another reason is I can taste each rice grain.

So I gave the rice a shot (with spicy kimchi)
Pros: it's rice, alright. Tastes just like the real thing (kinda missing something, but better than PKU imitation rice)

Finally - an actual PKU post!
I got an email from Promin saying they've got this new low protein rice - rice which is pretty much "normal rice" but has gone through some process to make it only half an exchange.
As someone who loves rice, I'm going to give this a try later on!

Stir fry rice with mushrooms and onions... 🤤
Used Mevalia rice as it's the closest I can get to tasting normal rice, and frozen garlic and ginger, mushrooms and onions for quicker prep.
