The "heaven" comment by Trump, I believe, said a hell of a lot about his state of mind. He's always openly workshopping bullshit but has a tendency to flash his cards. Shit that's on his mind a lot. Even if he's not medically struggling, why say it? Maybe because he's prepping sympathy in his base.
