They weren’t very dangerous at all because they lasted only a couple of seconds and never went more than a few feet off the ground for the most part. But literally the first person to do gliding flight had some wings just strapped to his back. With no way of controlling it.

Yeah, I was camp right next to him at the Rainbow gathering and then afterwards gave him a ride to Grand Junction to catch a plane. And then I got a glider flight over the Rockies, which was really amazing. Did you watch that video?
