If they are giving the money to the people to buy their own insurance, they are still giving the money to the money, grabbing insurance companies.

I really got to wonder how big determined that the speed boats are enemy combatant where they don’t fire a single shot.
Seems like going out for a little boat ride is not the same as armed combat no matter what you’re carrying on board.
