A friend asked if she could crash my date at the Chef’s restaurant and halfway through eating, she leaned over to me and said:
“Am I imagining it, or is EVERYONE who works here really attractive?!”
It’s true, the restaurant itself is whatever, but the staff and the food are needlessly pretty.

After nearly two years of feeding the squirrels on my back porch, I finally got to pet one. It’s the chonky one and she only let me scritch her head because she was distracted by food.

Last Tuesday, a boy I liked (but was not “officially dating”) made me sad.
One week later, a new boy I met on Wednesday (and am not “officially dating”) dropped off tacos and gummi bears so I wouldn’t have to cook myself dinner. This is… not the worst turn of events ever.
