I think murder is really bad, I think ceos and politicians being afraid of the public’s opinion of them is good, so somewhere in between is probably how I really feel 🤷‍♂️

We shouldn’t accept that a CEO killer must get a national manhunt when cops don’t solve most murders at all. A migrant teenager was just murdered in NYC, cops just killed a guy here — the lives of these other people are worth just as much as that CEO.

Art class should never stop being a thing. Like if right after lunch we all got to go down to the basement for an hour, throw on a smock, and make collages out of old magazines while somebody's eccentric, slightly witchy aunt tells us how great we're doing, I feel like we'd all be in a better place.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't need to justify your reading preferences and choices to anyone. Audiobooks count as reading. Also, you don't have to finish books you don't enjoy. Don't read to impress, read for yourself. Life's too short, love yourself, ok?

Do they make fake containers of baby arugula? You know, like fake flowers for the living room only for the back of my fridge? I feel like that would really cut down on a lot of waste for me.

Sometimes when somebody asks me what’s wrong it’s that I’m afraid I won’t accomplish anything important before I die, and sometimes it’s that the TV volume is on an odd number or the dishes were dirty so I had to use the weird spoon for my cereal and that’s why I just say “nothing” most of the time

This is a proposed law targeting exactly one person: Incoming trans Congresswoman Sarah McBride of Delaware. Nancy Mace is a transphobic, hateful troll who voted with teen rapist Matt Gaetz to depose her own party’s speaker, but the bathrooms. That’s where she’s focused.
