Shocked by the awful death of Rob Reiner. I spoke with him for over an hour last night. We talked about his work and his plans for the future. I always enjoyed his company. We met at his Dad's in 1975. Last thing he said to me was "See you next year.." Such a terrible end. Such a sweet man.

One of the most beautiful souls I've known left us last night. Sue Smith had the biggest heart you could find. She's struggled for the last few years with many difficulties, a few weeks ago found to have stage 4 cancer in her brain.

Well, a friend has gone from attending anti-fascist marches to showing support for Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (calls itself tommy robinson) and now expressing support for israeli genocide etc. I've tried, but now they're gone. Too much of it in their close circle with their new wife. Too much stress.
