The statue is of a giant full grown komodo dragon, the guy in the enclosure is Charlie, a smaller but no less dangerous komodo dragon. They hunt by using their toxic saliva to infect prey, then track the prey as it gets gradually weaker from the infection.

This playground on a larger scale would be paradise for someone like me who was literally nicknamed spider monkey growing up. I ❤️ climbing anything I can safely. I'm good at anchoring myself in angles and spaces most would find difficult.
