2. Can't forget Duolingo. They're brilliant for leaning into the joke about the app sending notifications too often and how it makes users feel watched.

I understood the point of colour analysis. It’s not that I can’t pull off warm red or light green (I can)—but I have to make an effort to do so.
Vs with my colours—bright blue, dark green—I will look rather “clean,” not “tired,” if I wear no makeup.

(1/2) The saddest scene in #TheSubstance is when she doesn't show up to see a man who thinks she's "still the most beautiful girl in the whole world." She gets so caught up in her self-hatred and insecurities, that it doesn't matter to her that she's still objectively hot.

“Little black dress” is a marketing ploy.
Black colour does NOT fit every skin type, it’s not a “basic” colour. Everyone has their own basic colours: between black and brown, brown doesn’t wash me out as much.
