On the day of? No limit, I've got better stuff to do than police candy intake, and my kids show reasonable restraint so I'm not needed. After a holiday is over then I'll supervise it, 1-2 pieces a day if they remember to ask, which they usually don't.

The day Biden pulled out of the race last summer, I was picking chanterelles in the woods, in a ravine with no cell service. It was very peaceful lol.

Heck even when you ARE directly serving them, they still ask for a snack. My kids have asked for snacks while eating a meal. The voraciousness knows no bounds!
