I am wrestling with the New Me. Which is basically a self discovery of all the stuff, long-repressed, for reasons too complex to go into, here.

It's a shame that in London 2012, all England's colonised nations didn't go to the British Museum en masse and just take their nation's treasures back. The sheer number of fit/strong athletes and their contingent would have been impossible to argue with.

So I sign up for IBM Cloud.
They need a credit card for verification. OK, no issues there.
They need the exact billing address for the card.
Sorry, no PO Boxes. My billing address IS a PO Box.
Absolutely fuck all US tech companies.

And the good news? I went out today, first for a dressing change, then GP appointment afterwards.
My hot skin is now normal temperature. We've done a swab to find out who my passengers are (only because I asked for it) and I'm back for review on Monday.
