This is what I said. No one is following any rules. Get another ranking House member to swear her in and move on. Dare Johnson to do something about it because then he’d have to explain why he hasn’t sworn her in

They should just swear her in on behalf of the Speaker since he is apparently incapable of doing the job. Not like rules matter anyways.
