Moved to rural France for a slower pace of life…trying to do everything by bicycle.
We’ve a part of the Gorges d’Aveyron cycle route about 5km away from us that’s fallen into the Aveyron, leaving an exposed 20m drop. Sadly I don’t suppose there will ever be the money to fix it, and I fear the same for this bridge…

Near Saint Antonin in the Gorges d’Aveyron. We’ve a great dynamic Mayor and an interesting mix of people, incomers and locals. And a chateau, with a very quirky but lovely chatelaine…

I did the day in Toulouse. The whole of the centre of the city was like a crazy festival.

A most odd cross. Apparently raised to ward off the Phylloxera in the late nineteenth century.

The flowers are falling from our Japanese Pagoda tree. They must be still full of nectar as the bees are going inside them. They roll around, as if in the throes of passion!
