At least when you're having a heart attack, or your wife or daughter needs life-saving care for her or her baby, and you have to travel 100 miles to the nearest hospital, you'll have the peace of mind in knowing that the "illegals" aren't getting free healthcare.

Just placed my first Amazon order all year- for a wedding gift. Honestly, I could be beating myself up about it, but instead, I’ll be glad this was the only purchase I made all quarter.

I have been thinking SO MUCH about the Israelites practically begging God for a king when God didn’t want to give them one and how it led to their destruction. A king that just makes all of the decisions for me seems easier than doing it myself. But this was their downfall and will be ours also.

Unpopular opinion but I don’t mind that January feels slow. Most of life feels too fast to me, so the slowing down is a feature, not a bug.
