They're not allowed to build on that parking lot because it's within 200' of the water. (Also why it's not really worth knocking down the existing community center; they can't build anything new where most of it is.)

I started replying to every 'money plz' email from Democrats telling them I wouldn't donate money to anyone in their party until their leadership did *literally anything* to stand up to the Trump administration, and the emails have completely stopped.

I used to live two blocks from the Costco in Kirkland and would walk to it pretty often, but the packages are so large you really need a wagon or something for the trip home.

I had this happen as a brand-new manager, and in that case I was told by my manager to no longer give any negative/critical feedback to that employee. Which was certainly easier for me at the time, but your answer is much better.

I'm pretty sure that at the exact time this happened today, I was on the D line going north waiting at the Ballard Bridge, and a toddler asked why we couldn't jump the bridge since it was open/a ramp. So maybe the driver was 3.
