This is a useful reinterpretation of the passage, and a better guide for the behavior of oppressed people, but it's definitely not an accurate interpretation; the verses are absolutely saying "humbly submit to abuse instead of taking revenge". The Bible was not written for the resistors.

Pies!! Pecan and sweet potato. I did a brain fart and figured that 12 oz was 3/4 of a cup, so added the whole can of evaporated milk to the sweet potato pie filling and then frantically doubled the recipe, so I have some nice extra custard for snacks and breakfast.

I looked it up (feels gross to open the pdf honestly) and this quote is specifically about the Treasury Department, but I can't imagine why they'd limit it to that.
An excerpt from page 708 of the Project 2025 Mandate for Leadership Document. Relevant section: Identify every Treasury official who participated in DEI initiatives and interview him or her for the purpose of determining the scope and nature of these initiatives and to ensure that such initiatives are completely ended. Make public immediately all communications relating to the work of the Treasury’s critical race theory and DEI initiatives. Treat the participation in any critical race theory or DEI initiative, without objecting on constitutional or moral grounds, as per se grounds for termination of employment. Expose and make public all training materials and initiatives designed to single out any race, ethnicity, or sex for special treatment.

A research paper titled "ChatGPT is bullshit". Authors: Michael Townsen Hicks, James Humphries, and Joe Slater. Abstract begins: Recently, there has been considerable interest in large language models: machine learning systems which produce human-like text and dialogue. Applications of these systems have been plagued by persistent inaccuracies in their output; these are often called "AI hallucinations." We argue that these falsehoods, and the overall activity of large language models, is better understood as bullshit in the sense explored by Frankfurt: the models are in an important way indifferent to the truth of their outputs.
