Been bouncing between Last Defense Academy and the fan translation of the OG Tsukihime and it's such a contrast of how things used to be vs how they are now.
I appreciate those fans but I'm so glad things like Last Defense Academy get official localizations now.

I've gotten really good at avoiding new info about a game once I'm interested so I was really caught off guard with how amazing the music in Clair Obscure: Expedition 33 is right from the opening moments.

Pirate Yakuza and MH Wilds coming out and apparently I'm in a Xenoblade phase after getting sick and spending a week on my couch playing through XB1 again and when credits rolled I instantly loaded up XB2 for the first time lol.

The worst part about flying is when they ADHD shame me and I gotta put all my electronics in the little bin and I gotta drop in my phone, my switch, my iPad, my two DSs, my laptop, my kindle, and my steam deck for them to get paraded on a line in front of everyone else. 😭

Think I'm going to replay Death Stranding in the twilight of the year between Christmas and new years. That game is such a meditation on human connection and that feels really relevant with the looming political climate next year.
