That’s my take on it. Those same billionaires were probably the ones who didn’t want to stand in the cold for the inauguration too… got their way on that as well.

However wealthy he gets he’s only got a few short years left because all the money in the world can’t make a person immortal. I know there are plenty of weirdos left behind him, but The Apprentice and all that followed was a place in time. No one else has such a brand.

Went to the dentist for a check up (after 18 months.. yeah, I’m English-Australian of a certain age so teeth not veneered and never had braces) hardly any cleaning needed!
Imagine my mild shock I didn’t get a medal on the way out the door! Just the $257 bill ..it was a bit pricier because X-rays

Oh absolutely. I’m nearly 56 (I mean, ancient to a teenager/20s/30s person but not THAT decrepit!) and realised that I was born only TWENTY FOUR YEARS after the end of WW2 and I had to have a stiff drink and a lie down!

Not yet ratified…hold the confetti. Netanyahu maybe wants to put off the ceasefire to kick the can down the road a bit longer ~ he probably doesn’t want to be facing the reckoning of 1. the electorate 2. his legal troubles.

Ok I haven’t heard this yet but..I started learning Latin when I was 7 years old.Full disclosure, boarding school (parents o/seas, not posh!) Latin degree. Career in tax, was a partner for 22 years in a big firm, many countries. Logic and language.. humanities 👏 I understand if it’s cancelled though

I’ve been seeing quite a few posts about coffee and how much people drink. So shocking. I only have one coffee in the morning…Makes me feel somewhat sanctimonious about how much wine I enjoy 🤔
