Also… there are pools built into the rocks at the beach. Not all beaches but some… this one is Bondi. Am I selling it well enough?? I’ve lived in Aus since 1996 and have seen heaps of wild animals, not once threatened.

Tomorrow I’ll be making the mango, passion fruit and white chocolate trifle ready for Christmas lunch. So obviously sherry doesn’t work with those flavours so here I find myself “taste testing” a Malibu & coke to confirm that coconut-flavoured rum is going to work instead….
