ADUN probably only cared about this issue NOW because the developer made a noise about it
The developer got their wish and close down this footpath and try very hard to block it
Problem: People still walk here. So now it becomes 10x more dangerous for the pedestrians

We should privatize KTM like how TNB or MAHB is privatize. Do it after Gemas-JB is completed.
