I still haven't sent thank you cards/notes to the people who got us baby/registry things, because I'm terrible, but just know that if you got us anything then I now think of you every time we use it and I'm very very grateful :')
(and I will thank you properly at some point 😭 I have regrets)

lately I've been wanting to reread old comfort books instead of reading anything new, so right before I was going to get induced, I started the hunger games. then when I was sobbing every day, I realized maybe reading about lots of kids dying is a bad thing to do in the immediate postpartum period 💀

Austin and I did a childbirth class back in May but we had to miss the last session, so we went to a make-up class today. and it was real funny doing introductions, where everyone else is saying what month they're due, and we're like,,, "we're being induced in two days" 🧍
