When it rains it pours. Giant Bomb and Polygon. corporate, ad-driven web continually proves to be complete shit. I've been into GB for over 10 years. I moved my support to Nextlander when the OG guys left, but I've always rooted for GB and its continued evolution. Sad to see it go out like this

I find that people are very insecure about what they enjoy and are desperately afraid to be wrong. They like to point at something like box office numbers, as if they mattered at all to their enjoyment in the moment, to feel secure that they picked "right"
Todd Phillips, of all people, was right about this. Unless you are a Warner Bros Discovery shareholder, whether or not Mickey 17 or Joker 2 or anything else recoups its budget is not relevant to you!
