Donis was a troubled child with a bad attitude. While he did eventually get the help and support he needed through positive adult figures and a close collection of friends, prior to that he was loud, abrasive, angry, and a bully. In Sharlayan, it left a sour taste in the mouths of many even after.

If you set your camera far away and then zoom in with the focal view (mouse wheel or controller zoom), you create a “telephoto” effect that compresses space, making the background look closer and more dramatic. (And slap a (small) dutch angle on it for more depth.)
