It's so frustrating when I prepare for a meeting with my boss that I was told to be prepared for, and then they don't have time to actually have the meeting that they told me to prepare for. And I ask about a future time to meet, and they make it seem inconvenient. Okay.

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office.
Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.
