It's so weird how confident people can be that "nobody" plays a game. There was a reddit thread a while back about Doom 2016's multiplayer and every answer was one of only two options: "Nobody played it." and "I enjoyed it!"

Gamecube and Xbox were the peak of local multiplayer! Halo 1 got Mac/Windows ports that didn't include split-screen, which misses the entire point of Halo! PS2 was great as long as you didn't have more than one friend!

The more concise a vid is the more important visuals are, I think. Part of the appeal of, for example, HBomberguy vids is that he goes on and on, repeating everything in every possible variation, and I think visuals are less important in vids like that.
