What a great opportunity to address the Michigan Teamsters Joint Council this morning and welcome them to Muskegon for their fall delegates meeting. The roots of our collective labor moment run deep here in Muskegon. I spoke about our long rich labor history.

On Thursday afternoon I stopped by Central Fire Station in Muskegon to present Lt. Samantha Pastoor a Special Tribute from the State of Michigan. Lt. Pastoor was recently selected as the Michigan American Legion’s Firefighter of the Year.
