This a very Iraqi kubba, unlike the Lebanese or Syrian torpedo kubbah that are actually deep fried. You can pan fry this one after boiling it or even bake it to give it color, but we like just plainly boiled….

They are precooked, so it’s a matter of heating them up. I make the garlic butter and mix in the crab sections, I start them on the stove with a bit of white wine then throw them in a 450 F oven, 10-15 minutes…
