Opinions: Children’s books are the most delicious; watercolour is liquid colour therapy; animals and GREEN are pure joy.

Facts: Actually autistic, breast cancer beater, sopaipilla eater, my book, Gertie is Not ALL Dogs, out now, Clavis Publishing.
I feel this is the wood pigeon equivalent of eating over the sink 😂

Snail-face exploration 😂 This little one wanted to hitch a ride… on the poor snail’s head! The tentacles were going wild with ‘what on earth is this on my head?’ vibes. (They were not related, found on our poppies and given some food to eat a little farther away.)

Why the 20th? It’s supposedly Blue Monday, three Mondays into January when a lot of us are at our lowest. Guessing that’s because January’s pay cheque hasn’t cleared, we’ve overspent/overeaten/oversocialised/overdone it all, and there aren’t any massive celebrations in the near foreseeable future.

Little Moonlight saying no, no, no 😍 He’s off to the wildlife hospital for a check up and a deworming. We will miss him!

“What on earth is that heavenly smell? Is it more kitten food from those humans? Or delicious crunchy hedgehog kibble?” Moonlight the hedgehog using his beautiful little shiny black nose to sniff out his food. Or maybe he could smell the fox through the window. #hedgehogfoster

Spotted this VERY tame young duckling in the park, it wasn’t staying in the safety of the pond and nearly got taken by a dog as it kept waddling about peeping. We tried it with duck food but he couldn’t seem to eat it. So called the Swan Sanctuary…
