Yep. I've had Stage 4 endometriosis since I was in my teens and I never went to the ER for it. NEVER. I went through almost a dozen doctors who suggested it was in my head, I was drug seeking, I should lose weight. I almost died from it twice and need 2 lifesaving surgeries.
This is exactly why so many disabled patients are terrified to go to the hospital.
Terrified to give up autonomy and control to those who would mock them for clicks.
The utter disrespect for our lives is too common within the medical system.

Most unexpected side effect of hormone therapy? Dreaming. Like, I have *never* dreamt on a regular basis, and now I'm dreaming vividly almost every night. It's bizarre. Has anyone else experienced this?
