How are people coping right now? I’m truly curious. I’m in an almost constant state of panic. I’m trying mindfulness, yoga, exercise but there is this dark existential threat hanging over us…it’s hard to shed

In a lot of places across Canada, CBC News is the only source of original reporting for local communities.
