Today, as I waited for my mammogram there was an old man, waiting for his wife. He was addled and talked to himself, got up unsteadily and hobbled to the rest room. When he emerged, I saw that he had thoroughly wet his pants, front and back. My heart broke. I closed my eyes and prayed.
