If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

I think most people are intuitively aware of this but something like the official White House account posting an “ASMR” video of shackled immigrants is not just cruel for its own sake, it’s intentional envelope-pushing to ramp up to desensitization over inhumane detention, camps, and deaths

I’m sad to learn that my law school classmate, Kiah Duggins, died in the DC plane crash last night.
Kiah was an exceptionally talented civil rights lawyer and aspiring legal scholar.

I’m sad to learn that my law school classmate, Kiah Duggins, died in the DC plane crash last night.

I was having such a fun nostalgic night watching both Cheaper by the Dozen movies, and then I came online to see the heartbreaking news about the plane crash. On top of that, the usual chaos of this administration… Someone remind me how many days are left in this term? 🥴😭

All I’m saying is, if the orange man wants a revolution on his hands, he’ll think twice about putting a tariff on a country that supplies the majority of America’s coffee. If history has shown us anything, it’s that Americans don’t play & will rally when their caffeine supply is at stake. ☕️🤨
