Woke up to surprise snow this morning & had to announce a closure. In my haste I put the wrong code word in the LA closure form. I’ve now had 3 emails & a phone call on this matter, none of which enquired how we were doing.🙄. Grateful to the staff who walked in to help clear the site.

I believe that encouraging my children to do their best requires strong partnership with their schools. So I emailed my eldest’s teacher to say thanks for giving him a detention for submitting below par homework. This response was shared with Jack so he understood why. I think he was quite chuffed.
