It’s been a long day in the pottery studio, my last time throwing on the wheel for 2024, but it was a very productive session with 4 mug bodies and my first ever lidded canister (I’m thinking tea bag holder?) #pottery

2005(ish), broke student - hence the cheap suit - doing an internship in parliament, and attending trooping the colour on one of the hottest days of the year. Awful haircut that I sadly had for a few more years to come

Turns out a quick way to give a real boost to your health is to quit an increasingly stressful and toxic job. On the right is me at the start of my new (much more positive) job in the summer, and on the left is me on the same exact spot today five months later
