STATELESS I live between two states and yet have not been in either of them this week. I have two residences but am mostly in hotels. I have two offices with studio setups but eventually work out of a carry-on bag. I have released "home" and embraced change. The world is turning and I must with it.

The sound roared, suddenly; I muted the telly but there was no stopping this ceaseless demand for attention. I leave the sofa and press my nose against the window. What was once tranquil now a maelstrom of lightning, wind, trees thrashing. And then it is done. Harbinger. Portents. Back to TV.
