I get the fact that places are closing early today and as someone who used to work in the service industry I get wanting to let people know that quickly but actually shouting across the bar that you aren't accepting any more customers when there is a host right next to you is actually disrespectful.

Every now and then I question whether or not if the anger I feel is new and if what I'm feeling is just performative and then I see this and realize it's not which helps.
Do I think I can be doing more, yes of course but I'm also worried about my safety as a Mexican American man in current America.

My religious background wants me to rip some of these people who use religion as a reason to spew hate and be idiotic but I just know they wouldn't listen to me because they're so set in their ways.

Update: this shithead has gone fully down the pipeline and I'm trying my best to be the bigger person but he has said so much that I will I could physically pick up a car and drop it on him.
I have an asshole cousin who is a total fat phobic gym bro and I am praying for the day something happens to him where he ends up ballooning up like a beach like the rest of our family. The revenge would be so sweet.

I have a relative who has recently found God, feels bad about Charlie's death and is gambling on football games. Oh yeah I know what kind of Christian he's becoming.
I'm so glad I have now a remote job because this is how my morning went:

"Oh it's 7:50."
*about to go back to sleep, then realizes I start a new job at 8*
"IT'S 7:50?!?!?"
*proceeds to run around the place for the next ten minutes getting ready for my REMOTE job*

I hate how much of a slippery slope and a sliding scale mental health can be.
Last week I was in such a bad place I thought I was going through another depressive episode but turns out my job just REALLY sucks and it was actually draining my soul. The second I didn't work I felt immediately better
